Buyers: Our Pre-Purchase Home Inspection will provide you with a neutral, unbiased summary (written and illustrated report), giving you a clear picture of the condition of the house, from the foundation to the roof and all the major components. This will enable you to make an educated decision.

Sellers: A Pre-Listing Home Inspection will provide you with a comprehensive, informative report on the condition of your house, if any repairs or updates are needed and if there are any unsafe conditions that need to be corrected before putting your house on the market.  

Homeowners: Home Preservation Inspections even if you are not planning on moving, have your home inspected to ensure that all the major systems are performing their tasks and your home (largest investment) is a safe place for you and your family to live in!

New Home Warranty Inspections: Provide you with a chance to correct any problems at the expense of the builder. Warranty inspections are usually performed one month before expiration (check your builders warranty policy).
